I'm a student of Howie Schwartz and highly recommend his video training and membership training sites.

I started karate at the age of 13 and was awarded black belt at age 16. Then I went to 4 years of college and was trained by 2 time Korean Silver Medalist in Tae Kwon Do. Then I was trained by 2 time Olympic Silver Medalist in TKD. Then I was trained by an Aikido master.

So I ended up with 2 black belts and a brown belt.

Why is this important and not to seem like I'm bragging but to make a point.
